Lose Weight Successfully and Permanently – without the Yo-Yo Effect and Hunger Pangs

Want to get rid of those pesky pounds? Great! We can never do enough for our body and our health. However, most diets have one big problem: they are not very sustainable and are a real ordeal for the body. The so-called yo-yo effect is pre-programmed. This is exactly where our revolutionary metabolic program comes in: dr. reinwald metabolic regulation® is not just a diet. We combine a low-carbohydrate diet with a high-quality protein and fat supply, effective support of the body’s own detoxification system and sufficient exercise. In our experience, the combination of these building blocks is THE key to healthy weight loss without hunger pangs and the yo-yo effect!

Lose Weight Without the Yo-Yo Effect

Most diets are based on fasting or severe calorie restriction. In most suffer not only from hunger during the weight loss phase, but also from a lack of vital of vital nutrients such as fats, proteins and micronutrients.

In particular, protein deprivation over an extended period of time has has devastating consequences: Because amino acids, the most important building blocks of our cells, are missing, there is a massive decrease in what is known as of so-called lean body mass. The term lean body mass refers to the tissues such as skin, connective tissue, bones, muscles, ligaments, and tendons, bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, organs and the entire immune system. When dieting, it is often this lean mass that is lost instead of fat. of fat. The body then goes into “economy mode” and uses less energy. energy. This often leads to the so-called yo-yo effect after a diet. We avoid avoid these mistakes in our holistic metabolism program, especially by using MyAMINO®.

Conclusion: A diet for weight reduction only works with few calories, and thus without the yo-yo effect, if the basic nutritional building blocks, especially sufficient protein, are still available. True to the If you want to lose weight, you have to eat. But the right thing!”

Back to the Roots: Optimize Your Diet

Most of us today are not eating the way we evolved to eat, and we are not exercising enough. We eat far too much denatured, carbohydrate-rich “food” that is low in protein and vital nutrients. We drive the shortest distances in our cars or use the elevator instead of taking the stairs.

The first step to better health is to return to a more humane diet and exercise. When it comes to healthy weight loss, this also means eating less energy-dense foods, i.e. less carbohydrates and sugar, and more vital substances, especially more protein. And high-quality protein!

Lose weight without starving – with MyAMINO®.

Our amino acid classic MyAMINO® is the key to healthy weight loss without hunger and yo-yo effect. The great thing. As a protein substitute, MyAMINO® has almost no calories, and at the same time it provides your body with a comparable amount of actually usable amino acids as about 350 g of meat, fish or poultry.

Of course, meat eaters certainly taste a juicy prepared steak better than MyAMINO®, no question. But you can already feel a huge difference in the digestive load and build-up effect. This is because MyAMINO® does not produce any digestive end products in the intestines, which contributes to a relief of the digestive system and consequently also to a relief of the cardiovascular system. Thus, with MyAMINO® as a substitute for dietary proteins, basically any diet can be less stressful and faster.

Slim and Fit with a Low Carbohydrate Diet

The rumor that our bodies need carbohydrates still persists. However, it has long been proven that carbohydrates are not essential to our bodies. Unlike essential fatty acids and amino acids, there are no essential sugars. By the way, contrary to popular belief, it is not fats that make us fat, but carbohydrates.

When our body is supplied with more carbohydrates than it can use, it stores them in the form of glycogen in the liver and muscles. However, the average storage volume is only 300 to 400 grams. If these stores are not depleted, for example by exercise, newly ingested carbohydrates are converted to fat and stored. Our body, which is not designed for high carbohydrate intake, reacts with weight gain and disease.

That is why we advocate a consistent low-carbohydrate diet. In this way, the body switches to fat metabolism and energy production works by burning fat.

No Weight Loss Without Supporting the Body’s Detoxification Process

When we lose weight, the concentration of toxins in our bodies can increase. Hence our credo: No “diet” without detox!

Every day, we absorb pollutants from the environment through our skin, our breath and, of course, our food, which our bodies store in fat cells. When we lose weight, our body converts fat into energy, which it needs to build lean body mass and other processes. However, this process also releases potentially harmful substances stored in the fat cells, such as heavy metals, pesticides, and other toxins, into the bloodstream.

Therefore, supporting the body’s own detoxification process during a weight loss diet is essential to eliminate these harmful substances from our bodies! We achieve this by taking binding and buffering substances such as ChitosaCLEAN colon, PektiCLEAN® micro or SulfoCLEAN®
