For a Healthy and Strong Heart
11 Tips for the Engine of Your Life
It is the symbol of love and the engine of our lives: the heart. As our most important organ, a strong, healthy heart is the foundation for a vital and long life. To keep it healthy for a long time and to prevent cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, stroke or heart attack, we need to take care of our heart. With our tips, you can easily do something for your heart in your everyday life.
Working Around the Clock: Your Heart
Our heart is a true miracle. In an adult at rest, it beats about 60 to 80 times a minute and about 100,000 times a day, pumping about five to six liters of blood through our bodies; during physical exertion, it can be up to 30 liters per minute.
To perform reliably at these high levels, the heart needs a lot of oxygen and above-average blood flow. Healthy blood vessels, good circulation, and a functioning cellular metabolism that supplies all cells with sufficient oxygen are therefore closely related to the health of our heart.
Did you know…?
When we listen to music, our heartbeat adjusts to the rhythm of the sounds. Classical music, for example, lowers our pulse and blood pressure, while activating music speeds up our heartbeat.
When two people in love look into each other’s eyes for three minutes, their heartbeats synchronise.
Unconscious lifestyle and diet can damage our heart, often with serious consequences. Cardiovascular disease has been the leading cause of death in this country for many years, yet many diseases are easily preventable with the right lifestyle.
11 Tips for a Strong and Healthy Heart
Since time immemorial, our heart has been considered the seat of our emotions. You have probably experienced this: When we act against the voice of our heart, we usually don’t feel very good about it. Conversely, this means: For our heart health, anything that makes our hearts beat faster – beyond addictions, beliefs, and learned behaviors – is good and permissible:
1. Exercise brings Blessings
Regular exercise is the foundation of a healthy and strong heart. Physical activity increases our heart rate because the body needs more oxygen. When we exercise regularly, the heart muscle adapts to the increased workload, with the positive result that when we are at rest, our pulse and blood pressure drop, and the heart is less stressed. But don’t worry, you don’t have to become an elite athlete. About two and a half hours of exercise a week, or 20 to 30 minutes a day, is enough to strengthen your heart and keep it healthy. Good choices include swimming, cycling, Nordic walking, jogging, hiking, and weight training.
With regular physical exertion, our body inevitably needs more nutrients. Our high-quality vital products support you specifically in building up your muscles, your stamina and your concentration, for example our protein product MyAMINO® with the world’s highest protein nutritional value of 99 percent and a nitrogen waste value of only 1 percent!
2. Put an End to Fat Belly and Overweight
It has been proven that obesity, even at a young age, promotes the development of cardiovascular disease and heart failure. Belly fat is particularly harmful to the heart. A normal body weight – with a BMI between 18.5 and 24 – is a good prerequisite for a healthy and strong heart. A healthy waist size is also important. It should not exceed 94 cm for men and 80 cm for women.
The ketogenic diet in combination with our MyAMINO® is the ideal basis for a healthy weight reduction or weight control without the yo-yo effect and hunger pangs. The ketogenic diet is based on a consistently low-carbohydrate diet, which permanently relieves the metabolism and strengthens the heart. The targeted protein supply with MyAMINO® promotes the body’s own detoxification and purification process and at the same time gives you a pleasant feeling of satiety.

3. Support the Body’s Natural Detoxification Process…
Each of us absorbs a variety of environmental toxins and harmful environmental influences through our food, breath, and skin on a daily basis. These also affect the health of our heart. This is because our cardiovascular system and respiratory system have to work hard to remove toxins from the body. Therefore, it is very important for our heart that we regularly support and relieve our body’s own detoxification system. Our dr.reinwald metabolic program is specifically designed to support the body’s ability to detoxify without being additionally burdened by the released toxins. To do this, we rely on specially developed preparations that have been proven in studies to have a high binding capacity for unwanted substances and to act on different levels.

PektiCLEAN® micro, made from 100% natural micro pectin ballast, acts at the level of the body’s cells and is ideal for dissolving, binding and excreting heavy metals, for example. The extremely high low molecular weight pectin content (60%) provides a special ability to bind and excrete harmful substances.
ChitosaCLEAN colon with chitosan ballast (from crustaceans) is intestinal active and has specific binding properties. It is therefore ideal for detoxifying problematic substances such as heavy metals, chemicals, drug residues, plasticizers, pesticides, insecticides, etc.
4. Sleep Fit and Healthy
A good night’s sleep is important for our body to regenerate properly. During a night’s rest, our heart rate and blood pressure decrease, and our heart is able to recover. In addition to getting enough sleep – between six and nine hours, depending on your type of sleeper – and sleeping regularly, your sleep should be truly restful. A cool, quiet, darkened room and no electronic devices in the bedroom can help. It has also been found that a regular afternoon nap of about 20 minutes can further reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Our pineal gland is responsible for producing the sleep hormone melatonin. With a targeted supply of nutrients such as magnesium, boron and selenium – as in our Active H® night – you can gently and effectively stimulate your pineal gland and thus the production of melatonin.
5. Strengthen your Heart Muscle with Protein
Proteins are the primary building blocks of our cells. Made up of amino acids, proteins are also essential to the structure and function of our muscles. A protein deficiency causes the body to lose valuable muscle mass, which can lead to heart problems such as arrhythmia or heart failure. That’s why you should make sure that you have a sufficient supply of high-quality proteins.
With MyAMINO® we have developed a worldwide unique protein product with which you can supply your body with a high proportion of high-purity amino acids with almost no nitrogen loss (< 1%) and no digestion products in the intestine. This not only relieves the liver and kidneys, but also the digestive and cardiovascular systems.
6. Smoking Damages the Heart
Smoking causes narrowing of the arteries and reduces the supply of oxygen to the heart. It is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, including stroke and heart attack. But it’s never too late to quit, and every smoke-free day makes our hearts happier.
When you quit smoking, you should also help your body get rid of the toxins. Our essential product of choice is PektiCLEAN® micro! With 100% natural pectin ballast, it has an enormously high degree of effectiveness in dissolving, binding and expelling the unwanted substances and acts directly in the serum and at the cellular level.
7. De-stress and Slow Down Your Life
Our heart is very sensitive to external influences. This includes stress. High blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, heart attack or other cardiovascular diseases can be the result of constant overload and excessive demands. Our hearts need enough rest to keep beating well into old age. For heart health, this means reducing stress, slowing down and taking regular breaks.
Active H® night, a colloidal microcluster mineral complex with highly potent active hydrogen antioxidants, is the ideal companion for fighting oxidative stress and supporting your cellular energy. Active H® night contains exceptionally high levels of active, negatively charged hydrogen ions, the most powerful antioxidants available. Soothing magnesium and selenium contribute to a restful night’s sleep.
8. Healthy Fats: Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Another building block for a healthy heart is unsaturated fats. In particular, essential omega-3 fatty acids, which are polyunsaturated fatty acids, protect against atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, and other cardiovascular diseases. The most important omega-3 fatty acids are DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). They are found mainly in nuts and fatty sea fish such as salmon, herring, mackerel or anchovies, as well as in certain algae.
To be on the safe side when it comes to Omega-3s, we recommend vegan algae oil capsules such as our AlgaeDHA – consisting of EPA und DHA.
9. Nattokinase, the Insider’s Tip for Heart and Vascular Health
A real insider tip for heart and vascular health is nattokinase. Natto, a traditional dish made from fermented cooked soybeans, has been a staple food in Japan for thousands of years and is used as a remedy for cardiovascular disease. The protein-cleaving enzyme nattokinase is extracted from natto, which contains no soy. It is considered a natural blood thinner because it can dissolve blood clots, thereby improving blood flow.
Our enzyme product NattoZYM plus combines the clot-dissolving properties of nattokinase with the blood-cleansing effects of dandelion – the ideal combination for protecting your cardiovascular system.
10. Alternating Showers & Kneipp for Heart Health
The healing effects of water treatments have been known since ancient times. Sebastian Kneipp, a priest from the Allgäu region of Germany, knew this more than a hundred years ago, and many studies have since proven it: Water treatments with warm and/or cold water in the form of casts, baths, wraps, showers or dew and water treading can effectively reduce elevated blood pressure. The alternating stimuli of cold and warm water activate the metabolism, stimulate blood circulation and regulate blood pressure – our heart is happy.
11. Laugh Heartily more often
Laughter is healthy. This is especially true for our heart. It has been proven that when we laugh from the heart, the walls of the heart relax, breathing is activated, the pulse rate increases – the heart and the organism are better supplied with blood.
